My assumption is that most of us sew! We’d love to hear more about your sewing experience. Are you just learning to sew, or have you been at it for a while? Do you use a basic standard machine or one with all the bells and whistles? What about a serger, are you using one of those? (or wondering what in the world I’m talking about!)

I just got a new Brother sewing machine for a Christmas gift for regular sewing and embroidery, still in the box! With the holidays I didn’t dare open it. I have an old used Ricar from a school and a White Westinghouse probably 10 years old so am Very Excited to use my new machine!
I use my mother’s Singer and my Kenmore. I like that they don’t have an overwhelming amount of features.
I use a Singer Confidence Quilter (7469Q). The thing I like most about it is that is easy to use and came with a nice set of accessories for both sewing and quilting. Quilting was my first foray into the world of sewing and this machine was very easy for a beginner to learn how to use.
I use a Viking Designer Diamond, it is a very easy to use sewing and embroidery machine that I can do very large embroideries on was well as teeny tiny ones with the same amount of ease. It is also a very reliable machine that is a joy to sew on.
I use a Singer Fashion Mate. The thing I like best about it is that my aunt gave it to me when I was 16. I wanted to learn how to sew using a sewing machine. It was old when I got it, but many years later, it’s still going strong.
