My biggest sewing organization challenge is not putting things away and there is too much.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is having a place to put all of my fabric where I can still easily access it all when I need to.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is_storing all my fabric and patterns and still having enough space left to sew.
My biggest challenge is maximizing a small amount of space and still keep things organized.
No matter how organized I think I am, I’m not.
My biggest sewing organizational challenge is how to store my fabric: by color? length? print? use? My current pile system doesn’t work very well ;)
Organization dilemma: every flat space in my sewing room is covered with fabric and sewing notions. Need help in organizing permanent place to the above mentioned fabric and sewing notions.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is having 1 set space to sew all of the time!
My biggest problem is organization. Thing are either piled up, in bags or boxes on the floor, tables.
My biggest sewing organization problem is having grand ideas on how to store everything but not being able to execute the ideas.
Not having a permanent sewing space/room.
Thank you! Been going through my supplies and trying to better organize and label in order to easily find everything. Proves to be challenging.
My biggest organization challenge is to gave everything in one place. Problem is. I only have so much room in the sewing room. The overflow of fabric is held in 10 containers in the basement. I think is I didn’t have such an imagination, I wouldn’t have do much fabric or an organization problem
My biggest sewing organization challenge is…Space! But we are building a new art studio soon and I hope to have more space to organize my sewing and my art materials.
I’m pretty organized. My biggest sewing room organizational challenge is defying the laws of physics to make more fit.
My biggest organization challenge is that I no sooner find a place for everything than my daughter buys more stuff and it no longer fits in the place it belonged.
My biggest challenge is buying fabric faster than I sew!
My biggest sewing organization challenge right now is space.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is extra fabric.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is not having one room to store and sew in. My sewing machine and notions are in one closet. My fabric stash is in another room and my patterns, dolls, and to do projects are in a third room.
My biggest sewing challenge is finding the time to sew all the wonderful patterns I have bought on Pixiefaire.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is figuring out where to put things.
To be organize is a big investment in time. Now I purchase with the intent to use it all within a week. Keeping control!
My biggest sewing organization challenge is making room in my house for a sewing area.
My biggest organizational challenge is storing project items together in one place. I start a project and then have to quit because of time restraints and the project I am working on is all over the room. When I come back to it, the room is a mess and I have to clean before I can sew.
My biggest organization challenge, is finding a home for everything and then remembering where I put it!! I have a huge sewing room, but tons of sewing and paper craft things to fit in my sewing room!!!! I’d love to find a way to keep all my tables and counters clean!!!!
My biggest sewing organization challenge is all the odd bits like zippers, snaps, the lil tools used for snaps and such, velcro, sew on gems, etc.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is finding a way to store all my stuff and remembering where I put it.
My biggest organization challenge is organizing fabric and trims.
My biggest storage problem is velvet I have a lot, handed down from my grandma, and mom.
My biggest challenge is storing all my supplies in one convenient place.
My biggest organizational challenge is space. So much stuff, so little room.
My biggest organization challenge is my fabric stash followed closely behind by my trim stash.
My biggest sewing organisation challenge is not having a sewing room and having to set up every time I would like to sew. All my equipment is in one bag and very hard to find what I need.
My biggest organization challenge is finding a way to keep all the notions in one place so I can find what I need.
My biggest organizational problem is finding a place to store everything together. Right now I have stuff in different locations. My challenge is finding what I need!
My biggest organization challenge is being able to see or find the items I know that I already purchased when ready to use them
My biggest sewing organization challenge is where to store upcycled garments to use for fabric.
My greatest challenge is finding room for al my supplies and keeping them organized.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is that I’m moving my sewing space to a new location and not sure how I will lay it all out yet.
I wish had a special place to sew. I currently use my kitchen table and have to put it all away before I am done so things often don’t get finished or they get lost. A sewing room would help keep me organized.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is storing my fabric. I have it in several different areas and in tubs. Would love to have it all in one area
My biggest sewing organization challenge is putting thread and needles back where they go.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is keeping my fabric organized so I know what I have in my collection.
my biggest organization problem is sorting fabrics – by color, plaid, by pattern, by content?
My biggest sewing organization challenge is finding all the items I’ve bought to complete future projects.
This one is easy…my biggest challenge is FABRIC. I have a very nice cube storage thingie, but I stack, and stack and stack. Then of course I need something from the bottom, and then it is a mess. The thought of taking the time to wrap each piece around cardboard gives me anxiety. There has to be a better way!
My biggest sewing organization is storage of fabric and all the little items needed to complete projects.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is storing my unfinished projects.
My biggest organization problem is not enough space in one room for my fabrics and patterns. Most of my fabrics are in plastic containers.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is, not putting things away when I’m finished with them.
My biggest sewing organizational challenge is keeping track of the stuff I buy for each project. Since I typically have a couple projects going at once & others in the thought process, I need a way to keep the bits together until I have everything I need.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is probably just not having the room to do, trying to fit it all into a very small space
My biggest sewing room challenge is lack of space. I guess I just have to much stuff.

My biggest sewing organization challenge is having a project close at hand in the evening, sitting in the family room, but having that project organized and tucked away when I’m not working on it.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is too much stuff and not enough space. Honestly what I need to do is take everything out and rethink it all, but what I usually do is just stuff new things into any old nook and cranny!
My biggest sewing room organizational challenge is cleaning up after myself.
Love Pixie Faire
My biggest sewing organization challenge is lack of space.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is not enough SPACE! I can only dream of my own sewing and doll room—someday!!! :)
My biggest challenge is getting my sewing room set up
My biggest storage problem is having my supplies in three different rooms.
My biggest organization challenge is not enough room to organize all my fabric, patterns, and crafts. I sew garments, quilts, doll clothes, home accessories, scrapbook and collect dolls and dollhouse miniatures. Everything is in the beautifully finished basement (mostly) and the basement also stores all the Christmas & Halloween stuff and overflow baking things, like cookie cutters & candy making. Now with AG dolls, I’m into finding accessories for them to make room scenes. I need Hermione’s bottomless purse to organize everything better so I can find what I need, when I need it! Do they sell those in Diagon Alley?
My biggest challenge is to find more room for the doll fabric I’m buying to make dresses for my grandchildren’s dolls.
My biggest sewing organizational challenge is I have way more stuff than is shown in pictures of ways to organize.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is actually sewing all the things I want to get done.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is the thread. I have several places where the thread I want might be, Mom’s old sewing table, mother-in-laws sewing basket, the drawer under the sewing cabinet, etc. I need a single central spot at least for the threads I use the most.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is keeping things together for the project I am working on.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is my scraps. Many are keepable, but I can’t keep up with them.
My biggest organization challenge is finding storage for all the bulky fleece, minkee, etc.. fabric..
My organization challenges is space organizing my notions fabrics pattern and more pattern I reorganize a couple of months but it seems still b clutter to I can find most of stuff to make my project then other time I can’t it
My biggest organization challenge is that I have too much stuff and not enough space!
My biggest sewing room challenge is JUST GETTING TO WORK!!! I get ideas, buy the fabric, then lose the time to do it and it piles up, then we start the cycle all over again.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is projects in progress.
My favorite tip for keeping things organized is a series of decorative boxes that look like large wrapping paper covered books. I keep them on a shelf. Each box is color coded and only contains items of that color. So, there is a set with different colored ribbons and laces, one with binding tapes, one with elastic hanks, and one with little boxes inside, each with a set of monochromatically organized buttons and beads. It all looks cute on the shelf; and I can easily pick out the box that I need with just a glance.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is that I don’t have a specific area for my machine so I make a big mess wherever I use it!
“My biggest sewing organization challenge is having to get everything out when I want to sew something simple.” I think having a basic sewing box by your sewing machine would solve that problem. I have everything packed away, waiting an upcoming move, all but my machine is packed deep, deep, deep away in boxes. I’m having to buy supplies when I need them, which I already have….Silly Me!
My biggest sewing organization challenge is patterns, patterns, patterns. I have a few hundred patterns for these dolls and try to keep them to use again later. I usually manage to keep them around for a month or 2 then end up throwing them out . Then I have to reprint them a month or so later . There is simply no good way to store patterns. I never print knitting patterns as it is easier by far to knit withthe computer open and highlight and save the pattern as I finish 2 or three rows.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is keeping my notions organized.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is transitioning from having dolls and supplies for a sewing-based doll business to returning to stocking for my own personal use. It’s a bit of a sad process, but needs to be done—and every tote I empty is freeing.
My biggest organization problem is too many ideas and scheduling time to work on them. In addition, I am challenged by organizing all my fabric and notions.
“My biggest sewing organization challenge is trying to keep my sewing table cleared enough so that I can sew something. I have too many sewing items on the go at the same time.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is to organize my notions.
“My biggest sewing organization challenge is organizing my thread and bobbins.”

My biggest sewing organization challenge is not having everything I need all together. I have fabric and supplies in three different rooms, not enough room to have them all together, and whatever I need is always in the other room..
I made the decision 1 year ago to move my sewing room out of my sewing/craft room into what was my guest room. I decided if I had guests I would treat them with their stay at a Hotel. I just don’t have guests and the room is sitting not being used.
I studied gif months the wonderful sewing rooms posted to Pinterest and started thinking and designing, measuring and thinking until I had a very good idea what Zi thought I needed. Then I started wrapping my fabric 2 yards and under on the cardboard making fabric bolts to see just how much fabric I had to put in shelving. Then estimated how much more was in the tubs of fabric I had too! Then I contacted a contractor and we started the project! First by doing a major purge of 2/3 of my house by calling one of those junk services! Wonderful…in an hour guise 2 young men moved out 10 PCs of useless furniture, lamps and just plain junk! A full truck load. Good news is I’ve not missed any of it. Then ordered dozens of various sizes of clear plastic storage containers and proceeded with more purge and getting all those sewing notions collated together into their container. Good grief how could a person have sooo many zippers, pkgs of elastic, and sewing machine needles!! I’m still locating pkgs of needles. I chose clear containers so I could see what was inside. Managed to fill my living room with containers as the work continued. Finally emptied everything out of the guest room and the contractor started his work! I still get butterflies when I look at the completed room. My own sewing only room. The first thing to do was to see how many bolts would fit on one bookcase. 397 bolts and I have 2 shelves left more. Next step to moving in the large cuts in larger clear plastic containers and all the notions into the room. I took advantage of every square inch of space from floor to ceiling—7 bookcases, 3 pegboards and a custom sewing table in the middle of the room for my embroidery machine and serger with shelving in each end instead of legs!! It is a treasure as is my contractor. He transferred what was in my head yo the room and then some!!!!
I’m now going to do the craft room much the same! It’s been a lot of work getting ready for the build but now even more work trying to figure out just what goes where!!! Best gift to myself ever!!! The prime directive is use whst I have first…THEN buy more, ha! Ha!
My biggest challenge is fabric storage. I keep small bits and scraps and don’t know how to store them neatly and orderly.
My biggest organization challenge is keeping my current works- in -progress in order so that fabric pieces and pattern pieces stay together and don’t get mixed in with other works.
I love crafting with my scraps and it is a true challenge to keep them organized and kept looking nice
My biggest sewing organization challenge is space! I have none in my current home.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is keeping my spools of thread and bobbins organized. I have drawers with dowels to stack them on but with constant use they end up as a mess.
My biggest sewing organization challenge is finding space for storing fabric.
My biggest organization challenge is space. There is no designated room for sewing here, so I have things stored above the washer and a small spot for my machine in the family room. Ugh.
My biggest challenge is keeping ribbons, laces, trims in general organized.
My biggest organizational challenge is how to organize notions. Buttons are a big problem – how to keep matched buttons together once the thread has been cut on the button card so you know how many are left so they could be used on another project

My biggest sewing organizational challenge is having enough room and shelving for everything— I could use a separate room that is twice as big as where I currently have all my sewing stuff stashed, with floor to ceiling cabinetry on three walls just for organized storage…
