Are they modern girls, is so which style do they prefer (boho, rocker, sporty, etc)? We'd love to know! To enter today's giveaway - simply respond to this post and complete this sentence:

My favorite era of fashion is the current modern era. I like the boho chic style and would love to see some adorable rompers.
my first AG doll was Molly purchased in 1988. I love the 30’s and 40’s best. I’d like a set of hat patterns that includes a Victorian hat for Samantha, a 1880’s hat for Addy, a winter hat for Kit and Molly and a 1960’s winter hat like I had.

My favorite era of clothing: all of them. A girl or doll can never have too many clothes. Since variety is the spice of life, the more diverse the better. I would like to see career or job related clothing.
I have 3 favorite fashion eras, Edwardian (1900’s, 1940’s, and 1950’s. I sew for the 1950’s the most because that was the decade of my childhood. I would like to see a pattern for the winter coat set I wore in the early 1950’s. It included the coat, bonnet style hat, muff, and leggings (not like today’s leggings, these were very baggy because we stuffed our dress down in them). Everything was made of wool.

My favorite era of clothing and fashion is the 1940s, because of my mother. She had pictures of her in that time period. I’d love to see a pattern for a whole wardrobe of clothes for that era, including a fox stole and an Army uniform. A nurse uniform from that era would also be nice.

The 1930’s has such attention to detail st the shoulder with butterfly sleeves! Also like the simple straight lines of dresses and suits with belts at the waist and all the amazing hats both men and women wore. I would like to see more patterns for accessories such as hats and shoes. Merry Christmas!
My favourite era is the Rennisance period and the 1900’s. Both have such interesting styles and some still are seem today especially in bridal fashions. I sew for my granddaughters and would love a doll of my own mostly because they want the modern fashions.

My favorite period would be the Victorian Era. I would love to see a pattern from this period. I love the way it was so regal.
Sewing for my granddaughter’s AG’s: she likes “costumes” that reflect movies or books that she’s into at the time. My dolls are rather wide spread but I find myself sewing either Civil War Era or the Edwardian Era. What I would like to see in patterns would be: for mid-1800, dresses with pantaloons and for the early 1900s romantic girl dresses with hats like in the movie Pollyanna or The Secret Garden. I love the Edwardian era – my favourite dolls are A Girl for All Time – would love to see more patterns for them. I would like patterns for specific jobs – what did people wear at different jobs, and what did they wear at home. I love hats – patterns for hats of all kinds.

My favorite era of clothing is the era I grew up in, the late 80’s/early 90’s. That time period is definitely making a come-back, and my daughters, who have the only 2 dolls in the house, have been sporting the side ponytail and flourescent everything. I’d like to see some patterns of gowns with the puffed sleeves and t-shirts with the clip on the side, and even a way to over-poof bangs. Lol!

I domt really have a favorite. I like them all. But i usually sew the onea that have yhe simpliest fasteners or r easy to adapt to velcro or zippers as my granddaughter is developmentally disabled and the easier to put on the doll the better.

I have several periods of time I’m interested in and have display dolls in Colonial, antebellum, 1950s, and a Shirley Temple wearing a costume from Heidi. My shop does focus on modern Rocker Chic, and fantasy (mermaids) but my real life loves them all!
My favorite time period is Renaissance/Medieval/Viking. I just purchased a My Journey Doll for my first granddaughter and plan to purchase and create clothing for this doll over the next eight years. I am in my 70’s and still greatly love to make doll clothes. And dress them up for the seasons. I have a glass cabinet with 13 American girl dolls the historical ones. The patterns from all the past are so much fun to make and dress them with. My granddaughters are enjoying them also. I can leave a heritage for them with all the past styles. It is so much fun and rewarding.

My favorite era of fashion and clothing is the 1960’s. Lots of loose flowing styles with colorful pretty flowers. Mini skirts were all the rage. And bell bottom jeans with real hand embroidery (how I made extra money as a matter of fact). I’d love to see a pattern for a tent dress. I wore one to my prom!
